Tendai is a co-founder of the UC Capital Group and Old Mutual Global Index Trackers (Pty) Limited. He holds the CFA Charter from the US based CFA institute and a BCOMPT (Accounting Science degree from UNISA).
He has 13 years’ experience in the asset management, investment and banking arena in the UK and South Africa. He has worked for Old Mutual Asset Managers (UK), Robert Flemings (JP Morgan), BOE and Southern Life.
Tendai serves as Chairman for One Stone Capital (Pty) Ltd (previously UC Capital (Pty) Ltd) as well as Chief Executive of Old Mutual Global Index Trackers (Pty) Ltd (OMGxT).
Tendai is also a member of the One Stone Capital (Pty) Ltd Audit and Remuneration committees and trustee for the Musikavanhu Investment Trust and the Inhlakanipho Education and Development Trust.

Nomhle Jacqueline Mbali Canca

Nomhle holds a B.A Political Science, B.A Economics, Emory University, is a registered investment advisor, State of Georgia, as well as a U–4 Registration with the New York Stock Exchange as a stockbroker.
Nomhle currently serves as Group Chief Executive Officer of One Stone Capital (Pty) Ltd (previously UC Capital (Pty) Ltd), is the Chairman of One Stone Securities (Pty) Ltd and One Stone As’Investe (Pty) Ltd and is also a member of the One Stone Audit committee.
Her strong leadership qualities were also evident during her tenure as the CEO of Blue IQ Investment Holding, Executive Director, WIP Private Equity and Executive Director and founding member of Women Investment Portfolio Holdings (WIPHOLD). She also worked as a Management Trainee for Anglo American Corporation after her overseas stint in stockbroking for Oppenheimer & Co, New York & Atlanta as well as Smith Barney Harris Upham Brokerage House, Atlanta. Nomhle has a track record of working on investment transactions, especially opportunities designed to empower women.
She is also a founding member of Women’s Development Banking (WDB). Nomhle is on the Boards of Putco Holdings and Steffanuti Bressan. Her previous Directorships also include Land Bank, Sentech, SA National Parks, WIPHOLD, AVI, Pareto and Prime Media Holdings.

Craig Chambers
Managing Director: Dibanisa Fund Managers
Group Deputy Managing Director: One Stone Capital
Craig was a co-founder of the UC Capital Group. He has a BComm degree, with a postgraduate qualification in Business Administration, and is a CFA Charter holder.
He has been an asset manager for 14 years, with five years at SCMB Asset Management, where he was a dedicated index fund manager. Craig managed a unit trust that performed particularly well in 2000.
He served as Chief Investment Manager for the initial five years of Umbono Fund Managers. Umbono Fund Managers has recently changed its name to Dibanisa Fund Managers, the specialist index-tracking boutique jointly owned by Old Mutual Investment Group (SA)(OMIGSA), and Craig has taken on the role of Managing Director.

Deslin Naidoo

Deslin holds a BComm (Honours, cum laude) in Portfolio Management and Financial Analysis and a BSc in Actuarial Science.
He has ten years of quantitative and investment experience with Old Mutual Asset Managers, Kagiso Asset Managers, Coronation. He worked for Traditional Financial Services South Africa as founder and managing Director of TFS Structured Products.
Deslin’s experience extends to risk management, hedging and stockbroking. He has designed and managed tracker funds, advanced index funds, dynamic hedge vehicles, absolute return funds and hedge fund strategies
He is a member of the One Stone Audit and Remuneration committees.

Karabo Molefe

Karabo holds a BComm degree and a diploma in Financial Markets and Instruments.
She worked for Accenture as a consultant and RMB as a stockbroker before becoming an independent project manager. Karabo is a certified member of the International Project Management Profession and has project management experience in the mining,
FMCG and financial services industries. Karabo is now focusing as a consultant in project management for the mining sector. She has completed a range of assignments, from developing and establishing portfolio management frameworks, technology projects and business improvement projects to process re-engineering initiatives.

Khaya Ntozini

Khaya obtained his BCompt from the University of the Witwatersrand and also holds an MBA from Buckinghamshire Chilterns University in the UK.
He has worked at Old Mutual since 1992, where he is currently the general manager of sales and retail marketing.
Khaya’s distinguished career at Old Mutual includes awards that took him to the Top Achievers convention in Spain and Portugal and the Outstanding Achievers convention at Thornybush.
He has also received the General Management Award and attended the Top Achievers convention in Disney World.
Khaya is a member of the One Stone Capital Remuneration Committee.

Mobasheer Patel
Non-executive Director: One Stone Capital
Mobasheer holds a CA (SA), ranking first in his BComm (Accounts) (Honours) and fourth in his Chartered Accountants Board examinations.
In 2006, Old Mutual nominated Mobasheer for the South African Association of Black Securities and Investment Professionals’ (ABSIP) Professional-of-the-year award. He also part of Old Mutual’s Young Tigers, a group of under-35, top professionals, selected from across Old Mutual.
He is a senior corporate finance manager at Old Mutual where he sits on a number of boards within the group and is a member of the Ditikeni Investment Committee.
Mobasheer is a member of the One Stone Capital Audit Committee.

Peter Golesworthy
Non-executive Director: One Stone Capital
Peter is a qualified chartered accountant (Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland) and holds a BA (Honours) from Exeter University in England.
He has extensive experience in the finance industry, having worked for ten years for Anglo American Corporation of South Africa as Finance Manager in the international finance department.
He then joined Old Mutual South Africa as a general manager in corporate management and was Financial Director for ten years until 2007.
Peter now operates as an independent consultant, providing financial advisory to different entities on a retainer basis and on ad hoc finance-related matters.

Pieter Venter
Non-executive Director: One Stone Capital
A chartered accountant (SA), Pieter holds the CFA Charter and has more than ten years experience in the financial services sector.
Before joining the Umbono Group in 2004, he worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers, Sanlam and the AST Group.
While at Sanlam, he was responsible for a range of assignments serving clients in the institutional investment market and participated in launching the group’s first multi-manager investment product.
Subsequently, with Umbono Capital Partners, Pieter has been involved in managing the group’s mining investment portfolio. He has also managed various strategy consulting and corporate transaction assignments for clients in the energy and mining sectors.
